After years of neglect the building was set to be demolished. However,
Louis Falzarano saw the beauty and saved this historic monument in
1977. After purchasing the building it took over a year to transform it into
what it is today. Louis and his wife, Theodora ran David’s together for 31
years. In 2009, their children Christopher and Jordan took it over and
now run the business alongside their mother.
