Wedding Checklist
Congratulations on booking your wedding at Biagio’s & The Terrace!
Before your wedding date you should:
Upon Booking:
❏ Create Payment Schedule with your booking manager
❏ Don’t forget to discuss lighting packages & book your consultation!
6 months prior:
❏ Pick up Direction Cards if needed for invitations
3 months prior:
❏ Book your rehearsal dinner
❏ If your wedding ceremony is with us, schedule your rehearsal
❏ Arrange a cake tasting with one of our bakeries
1 month prior:
❏ Email us your vendor insurances (photographer/videographer,
DJ/band, floral designer, wedding planner, decorator, etc.)
❏ Call us with your menu options
❏ Choose linens and napkin colors
2 weeks prior:
❏ Call us with your final headcount
❏ Schedule your drop off for your wedding supplies
10 days prior:
❏ Final payment due
❏ Confirm arrival time and timeline for reception
❏ Drop off your seating chart and master guest list
❏ Drop off for all wedding supplies (cake servers, champagne flutes,
guest book, unity candle, etc)
